"Boat
launching
at
Garrison
Dam:
The
above
picture
was
taken
immediately
after
the
U.S.
Sycamore
slid
off
the
low-boy
type
truck-trailer
which
had been
backed
to the
water's
edge
late
Wednesday
afternoon.
The
Corps
of
Engineers'
working
tug
, the
first
boat
to be
launched
in the
raising
reservoir
, will be
used
to
clear
floating
debris
out
of the
lake.
During
the
launching
the
fantail
of the
craft
shipped
water
which
can
be
seen
draining
off
the
45
foot
long
boat.
A
PK-MK
contractor's
man
rode
the
craft
into the
water.
The
combine
was
hired
for the
launching
