Biography/HistoryGeorge Sinner was born in Fargo and raised in Casselton, N.D. He served in the Air Force, farmed, and was involved in many professional, educational, and civic groups and boards before being elected to the Governor's office. He was a member of the 1972 Constitutional Convention and member of the state house and senate before becoming Governor in 1985.
