Biography/HistoryCars carrying anhydrous ammonia derailed from a Canadian Pacific train in the Terracita Vallejo neighborhood of Minot at 2:30 a.m. on January 18, 2002. The anhydrous cars ruptured, sending a cloud of the ammonia gas over the city.
