| Biography/History | Elmer D. Busby was born on February 27, 1861, in Jewitt, Ohio. He married Rebecca Leah in 1884 and had one daughter, Jessie Evelyn. Busby attended Thiel College in Pennsylvania, graduating in 1907. He taught at Concordia 1891 to 1907. He then taught at Thiel College from 1907 to 1914, Columbia College from 1914 to 1919, and Augsburg College from 1919 to 1929. He died in June of 1945. |
