| Transcription | "Members of the Senate Appropriations Committee see unification in action as they review the U.S. Caribbean Command's Joint Honor Guard Ceremony given for them here today. Above the Senators 'troop the line' and salute the Armed Forces Color Guard. In the background is the Marine platoon of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine troops of the Caribbean Command, which participated in the ceremony at this 38 year old military post which now serves ad Headquarters for the Caribbean Command. The Senators are on a three-day official trip to study government facilities in the Canal Zone. From left to right in foreground are: Army Major James E. Stacy, San Diego, Calif., Commander of Honor Guard Troops; Lt. Gen. H.L. McBride, Commander in Chief, Caribbean Command; and Hon. Milton R. Young (Rep., N.D.).
