| Description | Elevated view (from building window?) on the south side of Front St. (now Main Ave.) looking northeast towards the corner of Broadway and Front. Two soldiers are on horses in front of a unit of armed soldiers followed by two cars filled with people. Large crowds on the curbs are watching, some from parked cars lined along the sides of the street. Some buildings are visible on the east side of Broadway, such as the Shotwell Floral greenhouses in the trees to the left. Also visible are flags, and on the extreme right is the sign for Fargo Drug on Front Street. |
