Biography/HistoryThe 1940 Jack Frost Winter Carnival took place on February 16th to the 19th. The festivities included a parade, crowning of the Jack Frost Queen, dance, ice skating show and contests, and parade. The ice sculpture was created by Oscar Stenerson.
