Biography/HistoryThe house at 515 7th Street S. was built between 1901 and 1905. It was the longtime home of Ashley R. Watkins and his wife Honore from about 1910 to 1961. Mr. Watkins was the Auditor for the City of Fargo, and president of the Northern Abstract Co. The house was torn down in 1962, to make way for Park Towers.
