Photographer unknown. Biography/History The S. A. Loudon Building was built in 1916. The 1917 Fargo city directory lists Horton Motor Co. owned by W. H. Horton, at the address 64-68 4th Street N. Looking in the same city directory there is a Samuel A. Loudon who operated a blacksmith shop at 315 N.P. Avenue which was about a block away. The building was longtime the home of Fargo Rubber Stamp Company.
