| Biography/History | The 1125 5th Street N. was built in 1920, in the French Eclectic style for Physician Sverre Oftedal. It was designed by the architects Magney & Tussel, and built by T. F. Powers & Co. The house was rented by the Phi Omega Pi Sorority during 1925-1926, while the Oftedal family visited Europe. |
