DescriptionTwo story brownstone block house with open front porch. There is a balustrade on the second level of the porch as well as the roof peak of the house. The house also features a Palladian window in the attic level gable.

Biography/HistoryAddress was 124 9th Street N. prior to street renumbering. According to City of Fargo records, the house was built in 1905. The city directory lists the first owner as Stephen Birch, who owned the North Dakota Tile Works, and later the S. Birch & Sons Construction Co.
