First owner of the house was Frank W. Kalka who lived in the house from about 1924-1930. He was followed by Ira Slingsby, a dentist who lived in the house for most of the 1930s. He was followed by J. Alphonse Fleck the owner of Fleck Chevrolet Buick Co. |
