Transcription"The upper scene shows operations in the egg breaking department at Armour Creameries Fargo plant. Hundreds of dozens of eggs are broken in this department daily in the egg breaking season. The yolks are separated from the whites and then placed in separate receptacles for freezing. Girls in the foreground may be seen smelling the eggs after breaking. Any taint of bad odor is sufficient to keep the egg from going into the strictly fresh egg can." - caption with similar image printed in Fargo Forum & Daily Republican, Oct. 20, 1932, p. 10.
