Biography/History
Kaia
Johnson
was
born
in
Norway
in
1881
and
came
to
America
in
1901.
After
working
on
farms
in
Minnesota
she
came
to
Sheridan
County
,
N.D.
in
1904
and
homesteaded
in
Highland
Township
in
1907.
She
proved
up
her
claim
in
1909.
She
married
John
Lindblom
in
1909
and they
lived
on her
homestead
until
1942
when
they
moved
to
California.
