| Biography/History | The congregation was organized in 1885 and the church was built the following year.The congregation mainly consisted of people with Norwegian background. In 1961 a new church was constructed. Carl W. (Bill) Nordstrom was born in 1885 to John and Johanna Nordstrom. In 1907 Bill married Jonetha Eggen, and the couple eventually settled in Milnor. The two started a restaurant in Milnor. In 1916 Bill started the Iris Theatre which he ran until 1934. Jonetha died in 1920, and Bill passed away in 1940. |
