| Biography/History | Children of John and Mathilda (Olson) Peterson. John Peterson was born in Sweden in 1852. He farmed in Logan Center township, Grand Forks county. He married Mathilda Josephine Olson in 1883. They had eleven children, Helen, Alma, Alfred, Carl Benjamin, Emil, Gustav, Peter, Joseph, John, and Martin. John Peterson died in 1903, leaving Mathilda to raise the children, she died in 1938. |
