| Biography/History | The school was built in 1904 after the other one was destroyed by a fire. The building was constructed out of brick and had four rooms. In 1914 an addition was added to the building, and in 1955 an elementary wing was added. In 1969 a new school was built. Carl W. (Bill) Nordstrom was born in 1885 to John and Johanna Nordstrom. In 1907 Bill married Jonetha Eggen, and the couple eventually settled in Milnor. The two started a restaurant in Milnor. In 1916 Bill started the Iris Theatre which he ran unil 1934. Jonetha died in 1920, and Bill passed away in 1940. |
