| Transcription | "Bright spot - The new $1.5 million American Crystal Sugar Company office building located along the Red River, just south of 1st Avenue North in Moorhead, is a bright spot at a dismal entrance to the city. Further to the west is the narrow two-lane 1st Avenue North bridge, which Moorhead officials hope to eventually replace.
