| Biography/History | Anton and Kathrine Gorecki immigrated from Poland circa 1874 and settled in Marquette, Michigan. In 1882 the family moved to Walsh County, N.D. where they homesteaded and raised their family. Anton died in 1914 and Kathrine in 1915. |
