McCready
, a
training
officer
with the
V.
A.
Around
1951
the
home
was
bought
by
John
D.
Nelson
,
Optometrist.
The
Nelson
family
lived
in the
home
until
1989.
The
home
was then
owned
by
Rurik
and
Mary
Ekstrom.
The
home
as
torn
down
on
March
30
,
2011
for
flood
mitigation.
