| Biography/History | Martha Jane Sperry was born in New York in July 1838. She married Cordyon Bond in 1858, and together they had five children. he died in 1876. The family lived in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota until the late 1870s when the moved to Webster City, Iowa. Martha died in 1903. She was the great-grandmother of North Dakota's former First Lady, Jean Guy. |
