Donnelly, Grafton, Nodak director, is shown presenting a check for a $150.00 annual scholarship to be offered to a junior student for use in his senior year in agricultural engineering at NDAC. William Promesberger (center), head of the Department of Agricultural Engineering at NDAC, is receiving the check. Other Nodak directors are (left) Joe Whelan of Crystal and Ralph Diehl of Hillsboro (a 'brother of the brush'). At the right is Glenn C. Holm, Dean of the School of Agriculture at NDAC.
