| Biography/History | On March 23, 1972, 1st Lt. Burton D. Humphrey was killed when the North Dakota Air National Guard F-101 he was flying crashed into the house of Gerald Reed at 1121 26th Street N. The house was destroyed, and Mrs. Reed was injured. 2nd Lt. Systems officer Sanford O. Borlaug, ejected from the plane and survived with injuries. |
