Biography/HistoryLocated at 131 4th Avenue S.W., Moorhead, Minn. the Riverview Boat Livery was owned and operated by Frank K. Dommer from the 1920s to 1959. The popular livery and swimming area was removed when the river was rerouted and dike east built.
