| Description | Three story brick building with "A.O.U.W." over the front door. Business signs on building for, Merchants National Mutual Fire Insurance Co., Hall-Hooper Land Co., Walker-Hooper Insurance Agency, S. Birch & Sons Construction Co., Tobin News Agency, and the Clinic of Dr. Hanna, Dr. Clay, Dr. Lancaster, Dr. Larson, Dr. Huschka, and Dr. Fortney. Two automobiles are parked on the street in front of the building. The building is classically ornamented with decorative quoins, arched windows on the third level, dental molding, a cartouche on the parapet and a flag pole rising front the top center of the building.
