Street
S.
was
believed
to be the
first
house
in
Fargo
,
N.D.
It
was
built
in
1869
from
logs
gathered
in
Island
Park
by
Harry
Moore
and
George
Mann.
Mr.
Moore
lived
in the
home
until
1879.
The
home
was
later
purchased
by
Henry
Hector
and
it
was his
home
for
many
years.
The
home
was
moved
to
Bonanzaville
U.S.A.
in
West
Fargo
where
it
was
restored
and
open
to the
public.
