Text reads: "Hello - Your letter received and am glad you are all O.K. we are all O.K. to well we got a very poor crop our flax only went 3 bus. per acres and we got to buy all potatoes this is the hardest year that we ever pulled through but we have to try again it seems like we get them poor crops to often but as long we got health we can not kick any way so I hope we will pull through. Yours Gunde. Giha? is out working getting 6 doller a week Goodbye."
