| Transcription | "Here is the creamery proper in the new plant which will be formally opened Wednesday by the Armour company. Most of the machinery is new, although a few pieces were moved in from the old plant. Included in the facility are two fore-warmers which insure complete pasteurization of cream. the cream is first heated in the vats, next to the fore-warmers, and then is piped to the pasteurizers. In the fore is a late model cream can washer." - caption with photograph published in the Fargo Forum & Daily Republican, Sept. 30, 1930, pg. 8. |
