Biography/HistoryAccording to city records, the house at 1015 13th Avenue N. was built in 1927. The first owner of the house was Charles M. Hetland. From about 1953 to 1956 the home was owned by musician Frank Scott, prior to moving to California to become arranger and accompanist for the Lawrence Welk Show.
