ceremonies.
The
Rev.
Opie
S.
Rindahl
gave

invocation.

James
H.
Cooper
led
the
crowd
in
singing
"America".
Elita
McArdle
, of the
North
Dakota
Federation
of
Women's
Clubs
presented
50
volumes
on the
lives
of
pioneer
mothers
to the
State
Federation
president

Mrs.

Jones
and
Col.
C.
B.

of the
