Biography/History"F. O. Knerr Block at 13 Eighth St. (also 1910). The Knerr block was the home of the Frank O. Knerr Dairy Company until new quarters were built in 1920. This side of Eighth Street is a study in the variety of brick patterns, all different but compatible, used in cornices and parapets around the turn of the centry."- Fargo's Heritage, by Norene A.
