Here's the life dates on the family: Nels A. Johnson, son of Anders and Gonner Johnson, b. July 17, 1861, in Furnes, Vang, Hedmark, Norway; d. July 29, 1930, in Portland, Oregon. He moved the family, except for Martin, to Portland around 1900. Anna Thorena Thorsen, daughter of Martin and Caroline Thorsen, b. January 27, 1864, in Avoca, Wisconsin; d. September 25, 1946, in Santa Ana, California. Martin William Johnson, b. September 5, 1882, in Blanchard, North Dakota; died October 31, 1934, in Hillsboro, North Dakota. Andrew Francis Johnson, b. June 8, 1886, in Blanchard, North Dakota; died August 13, 1947, in Portland, Oregon. Charles Wesley Earl Johnson, b. May 18, 1896, in Hillsboro, North Dakota; d.
