| Transcription | "In this photographic shot from the air, looking towards Fargo, David Anderson, Fargo photographer scored a remarkably clever, direct hit. He not only lined up the new interstate bridge connecting N.P. av, Fargo with Center av, Moorhead, directly in the center of his scene, but he caught every other highway bridge across the Red river here and for good measure included the Northern Pacific railway bridge. Left to right the spans are: Front st bridge; Northern Pacific railway bridge; new N. P. av-Center av bridge; old street car bridge and First av N, bridge. This picture of the new bridge, which will be dedicated Friday, portrays the difficulties encountered by highway engineers of the two states in selecting a suitable location, that would connect Northern Pacific av in Fargo with Center av in Moorhead.
