| Biography/History | Wm. Felson was a former Pembina County Auditor. The first Pembina County Fair was held at Hamilton on October 2 and 3, 1894. The late Wm. W. Felson played a cornet in this band and also rode a horse in the running races. He later served as Fair Director and as our vice-president for many years.
William Wesley Felson, born 1875 in Ontario Canada, married Catherine and died in North Dakota. |
