| Biography/History | Frank Eagle was a former Bureau of Indian Affairs employee and a resident of New Town, N.D. He and his wife had no children so his personal photograph collection was donated to his niece, Shirley Simenson. Ms. Simenson then donated it to the Three Affiliated Tribes Museum. |
