Biography/HistorySouth Fram School is North East of Harvey, N.D., and North of Manfred, N.D. in Wells County. Clarence Dybing was appointed to be clerk of the South Fram School District, and he held the position for 30 years. Clarence's two sons, LeRoy and Wayne Dybing both attended grade school in the same one room country school, the South Fram County School in the late 1940's. Wayne Dybing was the only student in his class, and it should be noted that the last year of country school, there were only seven students enrolled in all eight grades.
