Synopsis of Plot of Revel of the Fairies. The fairies are sporting on the green. There is one little fairy who is a general favorite. Suddenly the fairy Godmother appears and tells them the story of the Bogy-man. The Queen enters and is escorted to her throne. Worn out with dancing the fairies finally go to sleep. During their slumber the Bogy-man enters and steals the fairy, having secured the slumber of the others by means of his magic art. As soon as the spell is over the Queen wakes, finds the flower fairy missing, and wakes the others. They scatter in alarm, searching for their lost companion. The brownies find her at last, and there is general rejoicing. Indian Club Drill. | Biography/History | Isabella St. Clair Chenery was born on August 15, 1887 in Jamestown, N.D. to Oscar St. Clair Chenery and Jennie Martha (Kelley) Chenery. On June 5, 1913 Isabel Chenery married Oscar Victor Anderson. Isabella St. Clair (Chenery) Anderson died on October 5, 1977 in Maple, Ontario.
Alma Lutz was born in Jamestown, N.D. on March 2, 1890 to George Lutz and Matilda (Bauer) Lutz. Alma Lutz graduated from Jamestown High School as a member of the class of 1907. While in Jamestown, N.D. Miss. Lutz was a leader in intellectual circles and an active member of the Wednesday Club. She went to Emma Willard School in Troy, New York for one year, then entered Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, from which she graduated in 1912.
Russell D. Chase was born in Carrington, N.D. on April 14, 1889 to Edward M. and Kate (Faunce) Chase. His parents settled in Dakota Territory in 1884. In 1890 they moved to Jamestown, N.D. Russell Chase graduated from the Jamestown High School in 1906 and completed the course of the law department of the University of North Dakota in 1910. He returned to Jamestown and in 1913 he was elected for his first term as stat's attorney and served until 1918, he was elected again in 1923 and served through at least 1931. On February 7,1916 he married Miss Elsa Ackerman of Lincoln, Nebraska. |
