| Biography/History | "Casper O. Tuskind was born in Dacorah, Iowa on July 4, 1871. The following year, he moved along with his parents to Normanna Township in Cass County, North Dakota where his parents homesteaded. In 1899, Casper and his brother, Arne Tuskind built a two-story general store in Davenport. The brothers operated the store until their deaths. Casper died June 7, 1946 and Arne died in 1936" |
