| Biography/History | In 1913 Richard Fritz started an Auto Livery and Taxi service in Lucca, North Dakota that delivered people and goods around town as they arrived from the railroad. Fritz moved the company to Enderlin in 1918, purchased the Drayline and Ice Company, and by 1925 the company was running a one-day freight service from Fargo. They were able to deliver goods up to two days faster than the train. In 1930 Richard's son, Ray, took over the company, and it was still in business in 1991. |
