| Biography/History | Judge Glaspell was born January 17, 1852. He came to this territory in the early eighties, locating shortly thereafter at Jamestown, North Dakota. He was a devoted student of the law and attained a high place in his profession. He served as State Legislature and was State's Attorney of Stutsman County. He was Judge of the Fifth Judicial District from 1897 until 1905. Judge Glaspell died on May 24, 1908. |
