| Biography/History | The congregation for the East and West St. Olaf Church first formed in 1878 and the building was built in 1882. East St. Olaf Church was located in the city of Enderlin and a newer church West St. Olaf Church was built out of town in 1889. Services at East St. Olaf Church were held in Norwegian until 1918. In 931 the name of the church was changed to First Lutheran in 1931 and services are still held in the original building although various additions and renovations have been made.
