The Continuing Education Program at Bismarck Junior College started in the early 1970s and offered evening classes for adults. The Continuing Education Program offered a wide variety of classes that could be take for college credit or for no credit. This photograph was collected by Herb Schimmelpfenning who was an administrator at the college. He left the collection with the college and it was discovered after his death.
