Biography/HistoryThe bagpipe band of Bismarck Junior College traveled around and performed at many events. The bagpipe band was very unique in North Dakota. Bismarck State College had a bagpipe band on and off up to the 1990's. The band instructor at the time that the photos were taken really promoted the bagpipe band. In addition, his wife made all the uniforms seen in these photos.
