| Biography/History | "Olive Bogue Bettschen stands with her students on the steps of the Arthur School in 1902. Bettschen had taught 42 students by that year, according to one source. Built in 1882, the school had only one room and was quickly becoming too small. The building was sold to the German Lutheran Church in 905 after a new school had been constructed." |
